Description: Haidilao Seasoning for Ma Po Tofu 海底撈麻婆豆腐调味料 100g. A quick and easy way to make authentic and spicy ma po tofu at home from the famous Haidilao.
Tuk Tuk Method: Prepare your tofu, minced meat, salt, ginger, garlic and spring onion. Add tofu cubes into a pot and add water until tofu is submerged and add salt. After boiling, set aside. In another pan, add cooking oil and minced meat, then add garlic, ginger, pepper powder and cooking wine. Add Haidilao Seasoning for Ma Po Tofu, pre-cooked tofu and 300ml water. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes then add water and starch mixture. Add spring onion as a garnish, serve with boiled rice and enjoy!
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
