A cultivation of Japonica rice in Italy, grown under the watchful eye of Japanese rice-growing experts, this white rice is slightly less sticky and separates more easily than other Japonica rices, making it easier to control when preparing sushi.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply boil Haruka rice in water until cooked and allow to cool before using to make sushi. This rice is also delicious served with Japanese curries or grilled meat/fish dishes.
