Description: Honor Mung Bean with Kelp 300g. A quick and easy way to make mung bean soup with added kelp.
Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse all ingredients with water. Soak mung bean in water for 30 minutes and drain. Place all ingredients in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low to simmer mixture for 30-45 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Remove saucepan from heat. Gently stir in sugar or honey to taste. Soup can be enjoyed hot or cold!
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
