Kam Kee Pork & Prawn Siu Mai 燒賣 850g (Frozen) is wonderful meal by steamed them and I made my own hot dip sweet and sour sauce with dark soya sauce and vinegar. I eat them continuously for 3 days. I bought this Siu Mai many times. When I ate them I can feel chewing on water chesnut delicious eating them with cucumber slices, Roman lettuces. It is good with people with diabetes condition because it is less carbohydred but plenty of protein and vegetables. it finished and love them. The dough is thin and I like them.
