    Tuk Tuk Method:The husks of the rice grains are removed during the milling process, retaining all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals intact in the bran layer and in the germ. In Thailand, more people are eating red cargo rice to benefit from the added nutrition. It is also used for Street Vendor style food, the combination of steamed rice and 10-20% red cargo gives the dish a rustic "wild rice" appearance!

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping in a vacuum container after opening is highly recommended.
