Tuk Tuk Method: Recipe for Gai Pad Kaprao (Basil Chicken). Slice or chop 250g of chicken or your chosen meat. Heat a wok or a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil together with the contents of this packet. Stir until it becomes aromatic. Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat is done. Serve with boiled rice and top with a fried egg (optional).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
