Description:Longdan Spring Roll Square Rice Paper 500g. Longdan Square Rice Paper Wrappers (Rice Paper Rolls) make with a combination of rice and tapioca. They are almost translucent and glutinious and super thin wrappers that can be filled with almost anything. Plus, suggestions for using them, in addition to spring and summer rolls.
Tuk Tuk Method: Take one piece of rice paper at a time. Submerge rice paper in hot (not boiling) water for 5 seconds, drain off the water. Lay it on a flat surface. Put one tablespoon of stuffing (grind pork meat, mushroom and chopped ingredients such as turnip, onion, soybean sprout, chive) at the base of rice paper, roll it. Fold the sides towards the centre and roll all the way to enclose it. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn to golden brown colour. Finishing and serve with dipping sauce.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
