Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Fry a small chopped onion in a bit of oil. 2. Add 2 heaped dessert spoonfuls (28g) of Malaysian Sauce Mix and fry for several seconds. 3. Stirring constantly; add 250ml of water. 4. Add the prepared, cooked ingredient of your choice. 5. Continue stirring and bring to a boil. 6. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve on a bed of rice and enjoy!
