Marinated with the famous Chinese rose liquor Mei Kuei Lu, giving it an extra perfumed aroma and a slightly more floral taste.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Cook the Lap Cheong in boiling water for 15 mins. 2. Srain them. 3. Brown the sausage in a little oil. 4. Cut into slices or cubes in order to serve!
Storage: Keep at room temperature. Keep cool and consumer rapidly after opening.
