Description: Pantai Pad Thai Sauce 300ml. This sauce will make it infinitely easier for you to make one of the most world famous street foods.
Tuk Tuk Method:
1. Soak 100g of dried rice noodle in hot water until soft. Rinse with cold water, drain, then mix with a bit of oil and set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or pan, then add 3 beaten eggs and stir-fry until golden brown.
3. Add your noodles, some of this Pantai Pad Thai Sauce, 150g of beansprouts, Chinese chive and prawns, then stir-fry until cooked.
4. Serve with Chinese chives, bean sprouts and tasted peanuts.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
