Description: Prima Taste Singapore Curry 300g
Tuk Tuk Method:
Step 1:
In a pot, add Singapore Curry Paste into 400 ml of water. Stir well and bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2:
Add chicken and potatoes, stir well and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, stir Singapore Curry Premix into 260 ml water. Mix well and add to pot. Simmer for 7 mins on low heat. Do not cover the pot. Stir occasionally and ensure that the gravy does not boil. Serve Singapore Curry hot with rice or crusty bread.
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Water, Shallot, Curry Powder ( Coriander, Chilli, Salt, Fennel Seed, Dahl, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves, Cardamom), Galangal, Salt, Candlenut, Dried Chilli, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Sugar, Spices. Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt)
Singapore Curry Premix: Dehydrated Coconut Milk Powder, Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract
Storage: Store in cool, dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.

I love Thai food and because of COVID I am missing eating out so thought I’d give it a go (supermarkets jars don’t do it for me) this is undoubtedly the best I’ve cooked at home 5 stars try it and you’ll see.
Possibly as good as the Thai restaurants!!!!!
