It consists of a spicy sauce usually containing preserved vegetables, chili oil, Sichuan pepper, minced pork, and scallions served over noodles. The dish can either be served dry or as a noodle soup.
Tuk Tuk Method: Put noodles into a bowl of boiling water. Cook for 1 minute, stir well and add your favourite soup base, It is ready to serve!
