I have made my own, but can never achieve the taste I prefer, Kimchi is very health & good for the heart etc.
Tuk-Tuk recommended this as a replacement because stock low for Chongga . It was an excellent replacement. Having tried a few brands I did not like from Supermarkets I am fussy about brands, Chongga Mat is my favourite, however Wang is a reasonable price, delicious, less tightly packed so presumably less of it, its not too spicey and now I shall have to buy both in future.
