Jellyfish has a highly prized texture, but very little flavour - this instant shredded jellyfish is perked up by a sachet of a seasoning dressing, and is excellent served with shredded cucumber and poached chicken.
Tuk Tuk Method:To serve, rinse the shredded jellyfish in cold water before mixing it with some shredded cucumber and the dressing.
