Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Indonesian Rendang Curry (Gulai) 50g. Rendang curry is a popular hot, dry curry in Indonesia, with tenderly simmered meat and a rich coconut taste flavoured with robust, tangy spices.
Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Indonesian Rendang Curry and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add 450g of preferred meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Lower heat and add 440ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Simmer and cover for 30 minutes. Lift cover and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes or until meat is tender and gravy almost dries. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Garnish and serve hot with rice and enjoy!
