Description: Bolst’s Mild Curry Paste 280g. A quick and easy way to make delicious and authentic curry at home.
Tuk Tuk Method: Marinate 500g of chicken or other preferred meat/vegetable with 1 tbsp of Bolst’s Mild Curry Paste for 10 minutes. Fry 1 sliced onion in 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium heat. Add 1 sliced tomato and fry. Add meat, salt and 2.5 cups of water. Cover with a lid, reduce heat and cook until tender. Add boiling water or coconut milk to make a thicker consistency. Serve with Indian bread or rice and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
