Chopsticks are the everyday cutlery of most of Asia, and this collection stocks them properly: plain bamboo pairs for daily use, polished wooden sets for the table, extra-long cooking pairs for the stove, and the rests and spoons that complete the setting.

For eating, the wooden chopstick sets are the ones to choose — ten pairs in red sandalwood or golden wood, smooth in the hand and smart enough for guests. Bamboo pairs are lighter and cheaper, ideal for everyday use and for keeping spares.
