1. The information we collect

We collect and use the following categories of personal information.

Information you give us. Payment information. When you pay for an order, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal and similar). We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Information we collect automatically. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site ("Device Information"), including: your IP address, browser type and version, and time zone; the pages and products you view and how you interact with them; and the website or search term that referred you to the Site.

2. How and why we use your information

We only use your personal information when the law allows us to. We use it for the following purposes, on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

To process and deliver your orders, take payment, and provide invoices and order confirmations — lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.

To manage your account and respond to your enquiries — lawful basis: performance of our contract, and our legitimate interests.

To screen orders for fraud and protect the security of the Site — lawful basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligation.

To send you marketing emails and SMS about our products and offers — lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To improve and optimise the Site and understand how customers use it — lawful basis: our legitimate interests.

To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, for example tax and accounting — lawful basis: legal obligation.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your rights and interests and are satisfied our use will not unfairly affect them.

Marketing. We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent before you withdrew it.

3. Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted third parties who help us run our business, and only to the extent needed. These include:

International transfers. Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement) so your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Order and transaction records are kept for a minimum of six years to meet our legal and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
