Payment information. When you pay for an order, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal and similar). We do not store your full card number on our systems.

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site ("Device Information"), including: your IP address, browser type and version, and time zone; the pages and products you view and how you interact with them; and the website or search term that referred you to the Site.

Marketing. We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting us. Delivery partners (such as our couriers and Royal Mail) — to deliver your order.
Omnisend — to send our email and SMS marketing where you have opted in.

We may also disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, to comply with a legal request, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
International transfers. Some of our providers are based outside the UK. 4. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Order and transaction records are kept for a minimum of six years to meet our legal and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account information is kept for as long as your account remains active.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Payments are handled through secure, PCI-compliant providers. While we do our best to protect your information, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
