SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver fresh Asian groceries across mainland UK via DHL.
Delivery rates
- Standard delivery: £6.20 flat rate per order, mainland UK
- Free delivery on orders over £75
- Fresh & frozen surcharge: £5.50 per order (charged once, regardless of quantity, and applies even on free delivery orders). This covers our insulated poly box and Sorba Freeze ice pack system.
Dispatch & delivery times Orders are delivered by DHL within 1–7 working days from dispatch. Full tracking is provided, and you’ll receive a 1-hour delivery slot notification by SMS or email on the morning of delivery.
A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel, especially for fresh and frozen orders. Fresh or frozen items damaged due to a failed delivery attempt are non-refundable.
Weight limit Up to 26kg per parcel. Orders over 26kg may require separate arrangement — we will contact you before dispatch.
Coverage and exclusions We deliver to UK mainland and parts of Scotland. We currently cannot deliver to: Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA80, PH15–PH50, ZE), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25), and the Channel Islands. If your postcode falls in one of these areas, the delivery option will not appear at checkout.
Packaging All orders are carefully packed. Glass bottles and fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap. We re-use good-condition boxes where possible to reduce waste. Fresh and frozen items are packed in a poly box with Sorba Freeze ice packs, keeping items below 3°C on arrival. Items may be slightly defrosted on the surface but will be in good condition for refreezing or immediate consumption. Please place frozen items straight into the freezer on arrival.
Problems with your order
- Fresh/frozen complaints: report within 2–3 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Broken, damaged, incorrect or missing items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant.
- Wrong address: parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are destroyed by DHL. We cannot issue a refund or replacement without repayment, so please double-check your address at checkout.
