Tuk Tuk Points is our free rewards scheme. Every order earns you points, and points turn into money off your next shop. No fees, no catches — just a thank you for shopping with us.
Launch offer: double points until 13 August
To celebrate the launch, you'll earn 2 points for every £1 you spend (double the usual 1 point per £1) and 200 welcome points when you join (double the usual 100) — from 13 July to 13 August 2026.
How it works
- Join free. Create an account and your welcome points land straight away.
- Earn as you shop. You'll collect points on every order automatically — just make sure you're signed in when you check out.
- Spend your points. Tap the Rewards button in the corner of any page to see your balance and swap points for vouchers.
What your points are worth

100 points are worth £1, so you can save up for bigger vouchers or cash in little and often — it's up to you.
Frequently asked questions
How do I see my points balance?
Sign in and tap the Rewards button in the corner of any page.
When do points appear after an order?
Shortly after your order is placed. If an order is refunded, the points from it are removed too.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of no activity on your account. Place an order or redeem a voucher and the clock resets — and we'll email you a reminder before any points lapse.
Can I use a points voucher with another discount code?
No — one code per order. Points vouchers need a minimum £10 spend.
Does it cost anything to join?
Nothing at all. Join free here.
