Samyang Buldak Carbonara ramen is the creamy member of Korea's famous fire noodle family, and this halal-certified multipack brings you 5 x 130g servings of it. Springy wheat noodles are coated in a sauce that blends the signature buldak heat with a smooth, cheesy carbonara base. It is still properly spicy, but the creaminess takes the edge off, which is why this flavour has such a following online.
How to cook: Boil the noodles for 5 minutes, drain most of the water (leave a few spoonfuls), then stir in the sauce and powder sachets over the heat until glossy. Top with a fried egg, spring onion or a slice of cheese for the full carbonara effect.
