  • Description:Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce 50g. A classic Chinese sauce prepared from selected fermented black beans and aromatic garlic. With a hint of fragrant spice and the warmth of ginger it is ideal for making a delicious quick stir-fry with any meat, seafood or vegetables.

    Tuk Tuk Method:For a delicious meal marinate the chicken with Oyster Sauce and set aside. Heat a wok or large frying pan, add the oil then sauté the shallots over medium heat for 2 minutes, add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the peppers and sauce mix, and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
