Description: Maesri Karee Curry Paste (Yellow Curry Paste) 400g
Tuk Tuk Method: Slice beef or chicken (250g), and add to a hot pan or wok with 240ml coconut milk together with a bit of this paste, stir fry until the oil separates and appears on top. Add 1 cup of water, bring to the boil, add potato and onion and cook until tender. Add fish sauce to taste, and serve with rice.
