Lobo Yellow Curry Paste 50g

Description: Lobo Thai yellow curry paste 50g is the mildest of the Thai curry pastes, warm and gently spiced with coriander, cumin and lemongrass. Yellow curry is the potato-friendly one: Thai cooks simmer it with potato and onion until soft and full of flavour. One sachet seasons a curry for two to three people. Just add meat, coconut milk and vegetables.

Tuk Tuk Method: Fry the paste with 240ml of coconut milk, add 250g of sliced beef or chicken and stir until the oil separates. Add a cup of water with chunks of potato and onion, then simmer until tender. Season with fish sauce to taste and serve with rice.
