A very nice dried chilli. Crispy with excellent shrimp flavour. Great with siu mai.

My go-to chilli accompaniment as it is not overly hot but complements the majority of oriental food. It is versatile and a little in stir frying goes a long way to add flavour that does not overwhelm. A great sidekick to Mi Udang.
Love the dried prawn action. It is like XO chillie sauce only more fishy and spicier. What's not to like?
