Perencah is the name for seasoning mix in Malay language. This seasoning paste is perfect for making an authentic Malaysian fried rice vermicelli at home!

    Tuk Tuk Method: Soak 300g of rice vermicelli until soft and drain well. Heat 10 tablespoons of cooking oil and saute Adabi Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste using low heat. Add 150ml (3/4 cup) of water and vegetables, prawn, squid or meat. Add drained rice vermicelli and mix well and enjoy!

    Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
