Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Indonesian Nasi Goreng (Sambal Fried Rice) 50g. Nasi Goreng is a staple of Indonesian cuisine, combining a delightful blend of tamarind, dried shrimp and chilli flavours to stir-fried rice.
Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or pan on medium-high heat. Add 250g of shelled prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Push prawns to one side and add egg and cook for 1 minute. Add 600g of cooked rice and Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Indonesian Nasi Goreng and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 1 minute or until hot. Garnish and serve immediately.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
