Tuk Tuk Method: Boil noodles for 2 minutes stirring occasionally to loosen noodles. Once cooked, drain the noodles and soak thoroughly in cold water for 1-2 minutes. Drain noodles and serve with your favourite dish.
Soup: Heat oil in a large pot, add chopping onion, minced garlic, chopped celery and sliced carrots and saute for 3-4 minutes. Place vegetables and meat of your choice into the pan with a vegetable broth and cook until meat is tender. Place vegetarian noodles into the pot, stir for 2 minutes and serve.
Stew: Mix butter (2tbps.), oyster sauce(1tbps.), and tomato puree (2tbps.) with cooked vegetarian noodles and stir thoroughly. Serve with stewed meat (of your choice) or with vegetables.
Stir Fry: Heat oil in a large wok, add chopped onion, minced garlic, green and red bell peppers and sliced carrots then saute for 1-2 minutes. Add meat of your choice cook until tender and place vegetarian noodles into the wok. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and serve.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
