Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Szechuan Kung Pao Stir Fry 50g. A combination of dried chilli peppers and aromatic spices creates this renowned hot and spicy chicken stir fry dish.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok on medium-high heat. Coat chicken with cornstarch or cornflour 2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute. 3. Add Spice Paste and fry for another 2 minutes. 4. Add wine and stir-fry until meat is cooked. Mix in nuts. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
