Description: Baijia Seasoning for Peppery Chicken 白家辣子雞 100g. Authentic seasoning for a famous Sichuan dish, spicy, peppery chicken. Full of flavour, crispy chicken and that spicy chilli kick!
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Cut the chicken (about 300g) into cubes, rinse and marinate it with cooking wine for 10 minutes. 2. Boil about 500g of oil, fry the chicken slightly and pour them into a bowl. 3. Boil a little oil in the pot, add some ginger, garlic, chilli and the fried chicken, stir-fry thoroughly. 4. Add the seasoning (in the sachet), stir-fry thoroughly. 5. Dish up, garnish with some peanut, sesame and shallot, then the dish is ready.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
