  • Description: Hosan Chopped Rice Cake (Teokboki) 500g. These soft rice cakes are perfect for making a delicious Tteokbokki, a typical South Korean dish made with gochujang.

    Tuk Tuk Method:  1. Rinse the rice cake sticks in cold water for 20-30 seconds. 2. Add 20 ml of water to a pan. 3. Add the rice cake sticks, gochujang, one tablespoon of sugar and the vegetables of your choice. 4. Bring to a boil, serve and enjoy!

    Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

So nice

Having always been interested in Korean style cooking, I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did. When made according to the recipe on the packet it came out perfectly! Lovely texture as well
