Description: Land Sea Bean Thread (Thick) 粗綠豆粉條 500g. Bean threads are made from 100% selected Bean Starch from green mung bean flour. Bean threads are full of health benefits, as they are fat-free, hence the perfect alternative to regular noodles!
Tuk Tuk Method: Place bean threads in hot or boiling water, then soak for 5 to 15 minutes until tender. Add to stir-fry dishes or salads. Alternatively, cooking in water would require additional liquid, as bean threads tend to soak up water.
