Tuk Tuk Method: For the best results, cook from frozen. All appliances vary the followings are guidelines only. Please ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving and always be careful of hot steam when removing Cheung Fun from the steamer. Steam (Best Choice): 1. Do not defrost; remove the package, add 1/3 water into a steamer, and bring water to a boil. 2. Put Cheung Fun into a steamer and steam for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Microwave: Place frozen Cheung Fun in a microwave-safe container with a lid, and microwave (700w) for 2-3 minutes; if the microwave (700w) for 2-3 minutes, if the microwave power or the number of food changes, the heating time should be adjusted appropriately.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below until best before data. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
