if you go on soldeli or the fish society you can get fresher, more vibrant, thicker pieces of salmon for cheaper.
When defrosted, it has a muted light orange/beige color and doesnt look RAW although it is.texturally, quite a bit of chew and no fat really, no melt in your mouth vibe even after i aburi'd it.
its very thin as well so you couldnt even slice it for nigiri....its about 2 cm thick...if that..... so more for salads??
would not repurchase.
