Tuk Tuk Method: Steam: Do not defrost, add 1/3 water into steamer and bring water to a boil. Place siu mai on steaming rack and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-9 minutes over medium heat. Microwave: Do not defrost, remove packaging, place 2-3 pieces of siu mai in microwave-safe container, spray a little water and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat (800W) for 90 seconds. 

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C.
