Royal Gourmet Har Kau are delicate steamed prawn dumplings wrapped in a thin, translucent skin that glistens when cooked — the benchmark by which all dim sum is judged. Inside, whole plump prawns are seasoned simply to let their natural sweetness shine through.
With 16 pieces per pack, this is enough for a proper dim sum feast. Steam from frozen in 12–15 minutes and serve immediately with a light soy dipping sauce. The wrappers are silky and slightly chewy — just as they should be.
Pro tip: Don't overcook — 12 minutes is usually perfect. The skin should be translucent but not falling apart.
