Tuk Tuk Method: Gua Bao: Steaming: Place frozen buns in a steamer and steam over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Place the frozen buns in a microwavable container, spray a small amount of water, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 40-50 seconds (700W). Pork Belly: Soak the sachet in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°, colour and quality will be affected if repeatedly thawed and refrozen.
