Tuk Tuk Method: Microwave: 1. Tear a small hole of outer bag. 2. Put it into microwave (600-800W) upright and heat up for 2-3 minutes. 3. Mix well the Luwei thoroughly in the sauce for better flavour.

Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°, colour and quality will be affected if repeatedly thawed and refrozen.
