Description: Kam Kee char siu bao 錦記食品叉燒包 are the Cantonese bakery classic: fluffy white steamed buns with a sweet-savoury BBQ roast pork filling. The pork is cooked down with oyster sauce, sesame and a whisper of star anise, so the centre stays glossy and rich against the soft, pillowy bun. Steam a couple for breakfast, lunch or a late-night dim sum fix.

Tuk Tuk Method: Steam from frozen for 10–15 minutes until puffed and piping hot in the middle. Rest for a minute before biting — the filling stays lava-hot. Serve with tea, yum cha style, alongside har kau and siu mai.

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C and cook from frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
