    Tuk Tuk Method: 1) Keep the packaging sealed and thaw in water for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until completely thawed. 2) Deep fry the fish cake in hot oil at a temperature between 150°C and 180°C. Fry the fish balls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then drain on paper towels. 3) Serve with your favourite dipping sauce for best taste.
