  • Description: Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork/Spare Ribs 80g. With its appetising flavour, this sauce creates a convenient, easy way to cook the favourite Cantonese-style dish Sweet and Sour Pork or Spare Ribs.

    Tuk Tuk Method: To make delicious Cantonese-style sweet and sour pork/spare ribs: Mix 150g pork fillet/spare ribs with 1 tbsp beaten egg, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. Dust pork fillet/spare ribs with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain any excess liquid. Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan and sauté red bell pepper and pineapple then stir in Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork/Spare Ribs and heat through. Add pork fillet/spare ribs and stir well and enjoy! Best served with boiled rice.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
