Tuk Tuk Method: 

Kao Soi originates from the hilly area of North Thailand, influenced by Burma. It is a creamy curry paired with fresh soft egg noodles and made with shallots, vegetables or meat, and crispy, fried egg noodles on top. 

Add half a cup of coconut milk with the contents of this packet, stir fry, then add a meat of your choice, two cups of coconut milk and three cups of water. Simmer for a few minutes and top with Soy sauce. An easy traditional lunch! 

Ingredients: Spices (Chilli, Cumin, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove) (33%), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Curry Powder (Mustard, Paprika, Fenugreek, Coriander), Citric Acid.
