Tuk Tuk Method: Recipe for Pad Thai Noodles: 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry 100g shrimps and 100g diced tofu. 2. Scramble 1 egg, stir for a while. Add 6 tablespoonsPad Thai Paste together with 200g fresh rice noodles. If the dish appears dry, sprinkle some water on it. Stir-fry until done.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 3. Add 100g bean sprouts and chives, cut into 2-inch length. Stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
