Description:Lobo Pepper Salt Prawn Stir-Fry Mix 50g. Delicious seasoning mix. Made for the stir-fry dish “Salt and Pepper Prawns”, add half a pack to a local restaurant bowl of wor wonton soup and it is wonderful.
Tuk Tuk Method:To make stir-fried pepper salt prawns. Prepare 750g prawns, cut through back shells with scissors. Peel off shells, leaving on the head and tails. De-vein with sharp knife. Wash, rinse and dry. In a wok, bring 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil to high heat, Add all the prawns and fry thoroughly. Empty the contents of this packet slowly and evenly over prawns. Stir-fry until done.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
