• Description: Lucky Boat Fine Noodles (45g*8pcs) 360g. Lucky Boat Fine Noodles provide a satisfying and delicious way to enjoy traditional Asian cuisine. Made with premium quality flour, these fine noodles cook up quickly and evenly, creating a perfect base for your favourite stir-fry or soup dishes. Each pack contains 8 individual servings, for a total of 360g.

  Tuk Tuk Method:

• 1. Cook noodles according to pack instructions.

• 2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan over a medium heat and stir fry red onions for 30 seconds.

• 3.Add peppers, spring onions, beansprouts, carrots, chicken (or protein of your choice) and Lucky Boat noodles. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are just soft.

• 4. Keeping the wok or pan on the heat, add light soy sauce, mix well and continue to cook for about 1 minute until it is a consistent dark brown colour.

          5. Add a few drops of soy sauce and drizzle with sesame oil for fragrance.

          6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
