  Tuk Tuk Method:

• 1. Cook noodles according to pack instructions.

• 2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan over a medium heat and stir fry red onions for 30 seconds.

• 3.Add peppers, spring onions, beansprouts, carrots, chicken (or protein of your choice) and Lucky Boat noodles. Stir fry for 2-3 mins until the vegetables are just soft.

• 4. Add a few drops of dark soy sauce & sesame oil for fragrance.

          5. Add oyster sauce & light soy sauce, mix well & continue to cook for 1-2 mins.

          6. Serve in a bowl while still hot & garnish with sliced onions.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
