  • Description Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste 400g. The key ingredient in Mae Ploy’s Green Curry Paste is its fresh green chillies. The lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and garlic in the paste create a hot, fragrant and tangy base – which is then cooked with coconut milk to create the signature Thai green curry.

    Tuk Tuk Method: Simply fry 50g of the paste with oil, then pour in a cup of coconut milk to form the base of your curry. Add your meat, along with more coconut milk then bring to the boil. Add vegetables such as green beans or cubed potatoes and cook until softened.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Wow, best green curry paste ever

This is the best Thai green curry paste I've ever tried. So rich and fresh, only the real ingredients, no nonsense added.
Blew my mind first time i cooked with it. Amazing clean flavour with the right amount of spicy heat from the chilli and depth from the prawn and kaffir lime leaf.
