Tuk Tuk Method: Simply add the curry paste to a pan with some oil & fry for a couple of minutes to release the aromas. Then add a small amount of coconut milk and fry for another minute or so. Add your chosen meat, vegetables or fish and the remainder of your coconut milk & cook through. The more paste you use, the hotter the curry will be!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Impressed with how delicious this is straight out of the packet. I seasoned some chicken and lightly fried it, added the paste, a tin of coconut milk and then let the chicken finish cooking in the sauce. Added some frozen green beans to finish and just let it simmer for a bit while the beans heated through. Dare I say it was as good as some local takeaways?!
