Description: Masfood Instant Rendang Curry Paste 200g. A packet of delicious rendant curry paste, perfect for a quick and tasty rendang recipe!
Tuk Tuk Method: For recipe you need 1 packet of rendang curry paste, chicken or meat 1.2kg, water 300ml, thick coconut milk 250ml and pre-fried coconut shreds 100g. To cook, stir fry the meat with the paste over a low heat until aromatic. Add water and coconut milk to simmer until the chicken is tender and the gravy becomes thicker. Lastly add in the coconut shreds. This will take approx. 40 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Add the coconut milk but also tin of tomatoes, fresh red pepper 🌶 and beef stock , when I have the time I use a full oxtail slowly overnight, cool and chill ,then strip meat off the bones.
