Description
Tuk Tuk Method: Serve the tsuyu soup base cold as a dipping sauce or dilute with water and serve hot or cold as a noodle soup, perfect with fine somen noodles. When using the somen tsuyu as a dipping sauce, once all the noodles are finished, pour a little of the hot noodle cooking water into the concentrated sauce to dilute, and enjoy as a hot soup. The starch in the cooking water should thicken the broth slightly.
Storage: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
